ENGLISH:
The Story of a Miser Once upon a time, there was a very rich old man. He did not have any children, and he lived in a very large house.
Every day, the old man would furiously try to make more money, but he would never spend any of that money. He never wanted to use his money to buy the necessary articles; as a result, he didn’t eat well nor sleep well. If anyone wanted to borrow money, he would always say no.
One day, a person in desperate need of money came to ask to borrow some. He told the old man his situation was dire and really needed money. The old man heard his story, but did not feel any sympathy for him while stating he did not have any money he could lend him.
The poor man begged even more, and the old man finally relented. The old man went to his vault and took out 50 cents. Upon receiving the money, the poor man cried, “How is my family supposed to survive on 50 cents? Aren’t you being heartless?” Instead of reacting, the old man just stood there and cried over his money.
After a while, the old man died. Because he did not have any surviving relatives, his land, house, and money were all confiscated by the government.
This old man became entirely dominated by obtaining money, but unfortunately, having money didn’t do anything for him.
We can learn from this old man how not to spend our lives. We should spend money wisely on places it should be used instead of saving it all up.

There was an old man who lived in a big house. He had no children. He made a lot of money every day, but never spent it. So, he did not live a good life.
One day, a poor man asked him for money. He said no. The poor man begged some more, and the old man finally gave him 50 cents.
The poor man asked, "How can 50 cents help me?"
The old man did not respond, but he began to cry.
One day the old man died, and his money was taken by the government because he had no heir.
